Hey great job. I have the same style maxima (1990). I've considered putting the monitor in the same location as you. However, it seems like it would be difficult to see the monitor while driving. I realize that this may be a safety benefit. So my question is, why did you choose this location? Also, are you happy with its placement? Thanks

Yeah, sorry about the link guy's like I said, I just got around to using car domain.

I picked the location mainly because I wouldn't have to do any hacking on the car and I could make it look like a factory install.

As for seeing the screen it actually works better viewing it an angle like this. When you look at the screen straight on you can see some of the signal loss from the composite video jack. When viewed from at an angle from the top this isn't nearly as noticeable. I can still easily see everything on the screen, there is no problems there.
