Who cares if he doesn't have a carputer? This site is MP3car.com, he's playing mp3's. I think it's perfectly acceptable. The users are the ones that keep it going, moderater's add organization to the forums to keep them in check. In fact a lot of people don't have carputers, but no one is getting upset at them. I'm saying to keep an open mind and realize that what he's got is an mp3car.

Wow... I just found this. That's just mindboggling. It's like working for tech support and not owning a computer.

Not really the same. The moderators are more like the managers at the support center. They just keep things running smooth. The support techs are the other people that post here.

It's just that this is a hobby site. It's very ironic that the people in charge of it don't even partake in the hobby.

Don't worry about them...they have been weak in the past, but I am sure they have learned the error of their ways and will soon join the fold.

Oh I'm not worried or anything... it's their business. It's just very surprising and ironic. Reminds me of a friend of mine... he's a network admin at Microsoft, and runs only Linux at home...

actually zip-lock now has quite a nice carputer in his car. I'm truckputerless still though. I need my tow chain/tools far more than a computer. I'm perfectly happy with what I have.

Perfectly understandable. I'm not one to judge... my project is still in the design phase.
