On a scale of 1-10, how is the quality on that screen?

There's a few more pics of the trunk install on the website. Looks cool at night with the blue neon. I don't know if you were there but when we were in Vegas, we had a little cruise down the strip with about 100 MR2's and ended up at the Bellagio. I had quite a crowd around the car looking over the PC, the HID projector headlights and I had the Valentine dancer running. I guess people are attracted to bright lights or something cuz there was barely a crowd around my car during the show and shine at the LV Speedway. People were wondering how they could've missed my car at the show and shine... lol
Nice industrial looking power switch I reckon ... That thing needs to be struck with the heel of the hand, JC style ...
If you do end up turning it into a volume knob - suggestion: Leave it as a push button too - ATT(enuate) function, sweet ;o)
[Insert witty comment here]
are you using that rca connector for S/PDIF?? if so what do you use to convert it back to analog?
On the offchance you were actually asking me, as we're in my project thread ;-), the quality of the screen is better than expected...it has a decent viewing angle, and the brightness is top-notch, even during the day I don't have problems using it. However, it is a low-resolution screen, and uses a TV-out RCA composite signal, so the resolution isn't enormous. However, click the screenshot to get a much higher resolution version, and judge for yourself...I think media engine looks perfect on it :-)Originally Posted by noodles

I am not understanding a few of your nouns. *edit* I am not using S/PDIF. I am using a splitter to change the 1/8" jack into two RCA cables.
Excellent Idea...I had the same...I'm actually going to put the internals of a Griffen Powermate in it, which encorporates a click function as well...wasn't sure what I was going to have it control yet, though.Originally Posted by Kamo

You need to get that aluminum bezel anodized. If you have it "hard" anodized it is REALLY hard to scratch.
