Okay, the skin is ccsnet's Contrast and the background images for the VW are ... Gone? I can't find them on the site with the rest... I'll get them off my CarPC in a little while, but that is the skin that I used, with special backgrounds of course

    Talking

    Nice job sigma.

I basically want to do exactly the same thing, same car, same place, but with a lilliput 7" touch thats in the mail :-D . anyone try fiberglassing in their lilliput? is it gonna be possible? btw, what is the blue stuff? I am practicing with bondo but i might have to glue it in with something else like you..it seems like the blue fiberglass stuff worked well for you..bondo fiberglass or something else?

again, great job. you have helped pave the way for me :-D

The blue stuff.. I am guessing you are talking about my Bondo Heh. It is in many of different colors; blue is just the color my friend had it in. I think that if you prep the surface better then we did - Sand it a lot with rough sand paper - And perhaps use Bondo-mesh (Like fiberglass mesh.. Might be the same, I just have heard it was a special one for Bondo) to hold it in at first. I could ask my friend how he ended up getting it to stick, but it was with fiberglass and mesh, I think.

I think you should be able to do it with the lilliput no problem

tight man thanks. i think im just gonna epoxy it in there(hopefully i wont ever need to get it out. ever.).... then just bondo over that and lots of sanding and painting and sanding and GLIVEN.

im sure it will be mad tight once i'm done. i want to do sort of the same thing in the back, cept with not sucha good screen and not touchscreen. cause the peepz in the back will want to see too and its only fair =). i think if i take out the last of the cupholders i should have room with a custom fiberglass install...

i guess i could do headrests but...thats like paying twice as much...or paying the same for half the quality or less....

well wahtever. i'll post pictures once i get the screen in(tommorow??????) and start insalling it...

    i am...excited!
