Thread: My project with the carputer in a din slot

I may get this wrong, but does the C134 case really fit the DIN slot?

I was just looking at my EPIA C3 800, and it seems to me that the motherboard alone is too big for the DIN slot. I compared it to my Lilliput and found it to be about the same length, and lilliputs cant fit in the DIN slot unless you cut off some pieces.

yes the c134 is DIN sized. BUT it will only use M mobo's

Could you guys do me a favor and measure the size of your DIN slot? I'm finding it hard to believe that the C134/136 could fit in it, as my epia shouldnt fit in mine.

I'm thinking maybe my car does not have a standard DIN slot, maybe smaller? My car is not a well known brand, its locally produced.

yeah the size fits but the depth is much longer.
