Same request here - I don't think I am going to be able to invest the ~40 hours that people say it takes, so a pre-made bezel would go a long way for my project.

Have you moved on to making an X5 trims yet? If so, any pics? I'm looking at buying an X soon and would love to have a custom trim piece for a double DIN unit.
