'97 Chevy Eldorado finished!

Here it is guys. This is my second install. [Edit]I put this one in for my buddy because he does a lot of work out in the field. He wanted a mobile office in his truck to do invoicing and check e-mail while he is out and about on various jobs.[/Edit]

Thanks Termite! But don't worry. With a whole lot of patience, persistance, hard work and guidance you too will some day be able to do screen installs like this. I'll give you some pointers when you're ready to do yours.

That is a very nice install.
I am working on my dash too, and I will be starting the spray paint process.
What kind of paint did you use?
I like the finish you got, but I can't seem to find the paint that would give
me that kind of finsh. I went thru several cans already.
Can you tell me the brand of paint, color, and where I can get one?

If you look at my other post, there are tons of pointers in that thread.

'99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.

The paint I am using is Rustoleum Painter's Touch (Finisher's touch?) Something like that. Anyway, it is Flat Black. You can get it at Orchard Supply Hardware or Home Depot. Possibly others, but those are the 2 places I have seen it thus far. And yes, the finish on that paint is perfect for car interiors. Looks OEM.

There are 2 pics of the puter on page 2. It is tucked underneath the center console/armrest. The original factory pocket snaps back into the opening so you can't even tell the computer is in there.

I've edited my original post with the system specs. It is the same I used in my '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Ok, clear one thing up for me. What's a Chevy Eldorado? I see a Chevy truck dash for a Silverado or something and I've heard of a Caddy El Dorado, but not a Chevy Eldorado.
