Well, hoping to get a camera tomorrow and get the pics done. I'd like to get a small video too of the Media Center interface as I think it needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. The no name screen will make it's way into my wife expedition as a second DVD screen. Sorry. I got my Peal n Seal at a local roofing supply store. I called Peal n Seal and asked for the closest place that sold it.

In the mean time I'll update the first post with some Peal n Seal install shots till the other pics get posted.

    Peal n seal answers.

The place I bought it from carried 4", 6", and 32" x 33' for $8, $12, and $72. They also make a 12" roll but I don't know the cost. The back is a extremely tacky tar-type stuff with a backing on it that you just peal and stick it. It's 40mil.

I haven't done the doors yet but for about $100 I did my whole car with enough to do my doors. Compare that to Dynamat, Brownbread, or any of the others and it's much cheaper. I do notice a slight difference in noise while driving. The smaller bumps have more of a solid muffled sound than a sound that goes "through" the floor. Not sure if I described it correctly...? I still think a second layer would make much more of a difference.

BTW. Here is a Thread I started a while ago on the peal n seal subject.

Those of you that have used Peal N Seal...

I hope to get the camera today for pics.

I wish I had the patience to go through all that, my GTP rattles SO bad right now.. I can't take it! There's something rattling on the dash, heavy bass rattles the rear deck very badly, one of the clips on the panel under the rear driver window is broke and that squeaks.. One day I really gotta get this taken care of .. Looks good, looking foward to seeing the rest of the install
