Everything is working great now, I had to discontinue use of the external power supply I'd made for the external devices being that it simply wouldn't push the usb drive. Also had to stop using the Sonica Theater USB soundcard, it proved useless with Mediacar.

very clean, any before pics on the interior? also would have been perfect if you molded the screen in, but still very nice.

Thanks, as for the molding, I got all the supplies, but it had an almost perfect fit with the lilliput I just didn't feel like going through it all. it actually matches the silver dash stuff better then it appears in the picture (reflection of flash maybe?).

Do you boot from the USB HD or is there another HD inside the pc case? Is that the opus P/S? I'm confused about the screen. You didn't do any molding/fiberglass to fit it like that?
