no no, the tv in the door panel has been in for about a year and it will just display what is on the touchscreen in the center.

i need to get a slot load dvd rom and some LONG ide cables so i can finish my computer. Right now i have everything in the case insluding opus but i need to get the rom to finish it. Do they sell IDE cables that are about 15' at like compusa or anything?

Go with the USB->IDE adaptors... cause the IDE signal degrades over long distances.

And I think on your setup, you could use touchscreens on both. It'll be like the passenger window. Both the driver and passenger have control over it with their own switches.

noone who rides in my car even gets why i do it so i dont think they will need control over their own screen.

Great looking job! I really like the passenger mounted screen. I might try this one myself. Thanks for the idea!

You need to find some smarter people to drive around. Smart people appreciate cool stuff more.

As for the USB->IDE, it's a necessity if you want to mount your DVD far from the PC, and retain any sort of stability in your signal.
