CarPC in 2003 Passat

Hi, I have a Passat like you and want to install the lilliput in the dash as you. I have been checking the dimensions of the lilliput 7'' touchscreen and it seems that it won't fit on the 2din place in the passat dash. I would like to know how have you made the installation because I want to do it. Could you send more photos?. It looks great!!!

Yeah thats really nice. Are all the components behind the dash or is it my imagination??

Hi,

Well the Lilliput does fit perfectly the dash but you have to remove the upper strip of trim. Otherwise it goes like hand in glove without a dash mount.

Yes. As you can see I went optical-driveless. I transfer everything by firewire at the PC in the trunk.

Maybe the new motorized one-Din case from DigitalWW?
