It's been a while i've finished this project now, thought i'd post it.

Very clean looking install--nice job.

Is that a powermate usb knob by the shifter?
The backlit start button is nice too. Where'd you find that?

how do you turn on your screen? i want to hack off the bottom half of the bezel when my screen comes too

My solution to Auto Power ON Lilliput screen

All thanks to coyote, but before i done this i used to switch it on from the on button.

i extended the buttons with a printer cable, the buttons were in the glove box. It was quite annoying to switch it on everytime i switched the car on.
