Squiggly , do you happen to have any shots of this location in use?

Awesome Install man! I have a 95 Convertible GT that I am curently gathering parts to do an install with. I love the trunk install, but I have a couple JL 10's in my trunk and I wouldnt want Hard drives anywhere near that I bought another glove box on ebay to try and install the comp in there and repace it with my other glove box, didnt work out.. not enought room
So my next idea is this. I am thinking about getting rid of my back seat with one of these...
    Replace back seat
I have a 4 point roll cage in my car and people sitting back there even without the cage was close to impossible So I think I want to install this replacement, then build it up to add the PC with neon and plexi windows like your trunk install.
I would also move my Sony electronic crossover from under the seat to a windowed location also and myabe my amps if there is room!

    Scorpnstail,

I'm changing my computer to an upgraded one at the moment, but in a week or so I will put it back in my car and and take some pictures for you.

I can go into more details about it when I make the mounts for the new setup. Its not hard to do and you dont have to build a box for the computer.

    No problem.

Are you talking about a full sized computer/motherboard or a mini in the quarter panel?

The rear seat delete offers ALOT of room. If you go into your car and stick a flathead screw driver under the rear seat, then slide it until your screw driver finds a little mounting block. Push the flathead into the front of that block and pull up on the seat. There is a very large area under the seat. The seat foam fills all of this. SO if your goin with the seat delete kit then you will end up with tons of space.

As for the JL-10s, I wouldn't worry too much about them if theyre in a 3/4 inch MDF box. My one 8 inch Solobaric Kicker hit 140.6 DB! Which is more than many pairs of 10s, and as much as many pairs of 12s can do. Granted its a good ways away from the speaker but there is alot of noise comming from my trunk.

I allready have the comp. I bought a VIA M1000.
I have taken the seat out before thats where my Sony electronic crossover is right now. I think it would be cool to use that rear seat delete kit, and build on it.. with some windows and neon lights to show off the comp, and myabe my amps if I put them there also.
I havnt tested my JLs to see what they get db wise.. I like Kickers also, I had one before I got the JL's..

Gnat, what wires did you use to power all those things? The screen, is it powered from the PSU?

I have 8 guage going to mypower inverter with a ITPS/relay inline. The accessory line from my radio wiring kit acts as the switch to the ITPS/relay and the power to the lilliput. I will be puting a master kill switch inline this weekend probably.
