Good Looking Install....Great Looking Car! I'm jealous once again!
You molded the LCD around the double DIN and painted right?
How did you match the paint?
Also just wondering about the AC controls
Is there somewhere you can see what the temperature youre setting is? Pressing the temp up and down buttons aimlessly without knowing what its at doesnt sound that great
Im planning on getting a g35 coupe so Im just planning ahead
I matched the paint with trial and error. The A/C controls work exactly as they did before the change. The problem is with the button not the display.
trial and error? lol
i was looking more for like....what paint you used
You will not find a single paint that will be that close. I tried. The problem is that the paint is flat but has metallic ingredient in it and that is not common.
Find a painter that will be willing to match the color. It will save you a lot of time and aggravation![]()
Paint to match console paint can be found in this thread on G35Driver. I haven't tried it, and there seems to be some debate if it is for the titanium or the graphite interior trim.
Off topic, but to answer your question on the G35, alohater.
The temp setpoint readout on the G35 (including the Coupe) is in a little electronics bay above the clock. No problem seeing the temps at all.
See it here
If you are considering a G35, you might want to check out Fresh Alloy or G35Driver. They can answer all those questions for you.
