i'm still struggling with the power source :P
i read the m2-atx manual and it said that cigarette lighter -connectors- might not provide the juice at all times. does it mean the connectors that are in the device? not some wiring connections?
perhaps it's ok to take some power from there then?
how did you connect the fuses? does it even need some if it has 15amp onboard?:s

1, It's not usually designed for heavy duty currents so the wiring/fusing may not be high enough
2. The connection itself is reliant on spring type pressure and the plug and socket move about a bit (ie not a reliable connection)
3. Some are wired for constant on, some are only powered when the key is in or past the ACC position.
I connect direct to the battery with a Car Audio fuse box and route to my PSU (M4ATX) form there.
Whats the small trackball mouse in the ashtray made by? I've got an e36 and need one in there.
Alright thanks, just need a usb-ps2 adapter, unless I need a driver to use it on ps2 mmm :ohwell:
I believe you can get a PS2 version, that is what my one is.
Anyway, why would you want to convert it to PS2, just use it USB.
Its because I will need the usb space for a GPS mouse and possibly external soundcard, don't know the internal upgrades I can get yet until I rip it apart.
