    I saw it today also. Must say that the radio did a great job of distracting from the install Good thing is that I saw it at the previous meet, very stealth

    Power Supply

    Rondo, how did you access your battery through the firewall? I was looking and thought about coming through were the hood release wire is. Any thoughts? Pics?

    minghi - there's a gromet in the firewall where some other wires go through. i can't remember if it's where the hood release is. it comes in just towards the top of the e-brake pedal on the inside. i'll try to take a picture this weekend...

    Yah, there are several grommets there. I punched a small hole through the very large grommet on the driver side firewall. It might have been the steering column grommet -- I'll have to give it a look to be sure since it was a year ago that I did it.

    rando did u ever get a clean spot to hack up and fab in that microphone for voice control? i was thinking next to the DAC button on the center console, in one of those tab/non-functioning button things... its not as close as a visor but still...
