Subaru STi Carputer IN

After i found this site, i knew i had to put a carputer in my STi. I only have pics of the screen but the case is under the passenger seat and the slot load DVD drive isn't too hard to reach. anyway, here are the pics.

I was wondering how good a touch screen would look in the double din. I keep tossing the idea around of putting a carputer in the STi, but I guess I should get one car done at a time. So with that aside, do you have any problems with the tight suspension shaking the carputer around? Also, GPS and a few dirt roads sounds better and better each day

i haven't had problems with jarring around or anything, i think. just yesterday i was in the middle of a 500 mile trip when the computer just turned off, and i couldn't get it booted back up by the time i got home. i haven't been able to look at it yet, but hopefully it's just a loose connection or a fuse.

i guess i should mention how it's mounted. i am going to eventually build a braced mount for it, but since i put the computer in over a month ago, it has just been sitting under my passenger seat and hasn't budged.
