It's not a problem of typing a document, but the fact that it's such an odd position from which to type, relative to desktop typing, that it's almost impossible to hit the key you want without first hunting for it. Then, there's the issue with the keyboard/sunvisor moving everytime you hit a key. Not everyone's sunvisor stays where it's supposed to be once it's pulled out of it's stowed position. Mine got like that in a short while, and it got to be too much of a distraction to use. IMO, it would be better to take a micro keyboard, like a Dauphin, and velcro it to the dash or the console. At least that way, it's a little more natural-feeling for typing, and it's not getting in the way of your view.Originally Posted by metro
I never use the sunvisor when I drive anyhow, so having the visor down is a huge distraction. Bah.
