thanks for the advice... i know i should have blurred them out...i didnt for 2 reasons one i was lazy and i have a naive trust in the community to be good and not screw me over...although i shouldnt do that since i might just get burned..

nice one with the razor blades... id like to see how exactly you did that so i can maybe do something similar... mwahaha... as far as mounting amp under the seat... its a lil bit too big i think..

and.. i live in a pretty good community too...

btw how did your insurance claim work out in the end?? did it cost you more than your deductible?

does your sub in your trunk affect your hardrive at all? I wanted to put my pc in the trunk but im worried that if i put my sub (10") in there too it will make my harddrive scratch and crash.

it hasnt done anything yet.... and i dont think it should... laptop hardrives are pretty durable and i think they are rated to withstand a certain amount of shock...anyone else with experience?

It was probably someone I knew cause the system was stealth and the deck had a removable faceplate and I made a fake OEM radio faceplate that was on so if anyone looked inside would of just seen an oem ford radio.

maybe next time i get more xtreme and zap the Mother F$%^&@!!!

i have no words man...im really sorry to hear that about your car... and indeed if anyone does steal this from me it would be some one i know.. because my neighborhood is very open (new...few trees) and very expensive most houses here cost 800k+ not mine tho..mine is a cheap 2 story townhouse.. and i have several dozen REALLY 100k+ expensive cars just parked in peoples driveways ...so why anyone would care about my focus? i dunno.. but you all have valid points.. i think i wont get an alarm since they can be rendered useless and rely on insurance :shrug:
