Yeah it's just the standard name brand can of bondo, nothing special. Then after I got done applying the bondo and sanding the heck out of it, bondo makes this glazing putty which fills all the tiny holes and makes it really smooth.

Yeah I used to have a 10" screen mounted the same exact way you do, but it was just too big and living in FL I need those AC vents to give me all they have.

Sorry to kill the praise but it looks like you need to get back out the sandpaper and bondo. Get your lines straight!! Maybe try using a block sander.

Gee thanks, first time with bondo

I know they are not straight just really hard to get everything straight because I didnt use the face of the lilliput for a guide, it's just the bare panel and I built a small surround for it. But I just wanted to get everything in and tested then i'm going to pull the screen back out and re-bondo and sand it till I get it perfect.

3 1/4" Wide 10 1/2" Deep 9 1/2" Tall. Someone gave this one to me but they can be snagged from ebay for about $100

@jcdillin, I know what you mean. Even though I live in Washington, I wouldn't mind having those vents available in the summer. Although my A/C is screwed anyway, so it doesn't matter. Luckily I lived most of my life in an almost tropical enviroment

i dont know about you guys but the heat and AC in my 94 sc2 is kinda weak.
id say ditch the center ones and redirect the output to the side ones.

and its nice to see some saturn owners PIMPing their rides.
iv started basic work on mine, but with money in short supply it will be a bit before i have anything interesting to show you guys
