I have bought the same inverter and will prolly run a wire straight from battery. b4 that I got some questions for ya.
So did you end up using the fuse that you bought from walmart? (model/part number for that?) is it usefull ...or the 40 A fuse on the rayovac will do.
And how do you kill the inverter after turning the car off?
and any other tips that u might think would be useful in running the wire from battery to the inverter would be much appreciated.

thsanks for looking at my car...

yes i used the inline fuse, with the included 80A fuse, and i put it in the engine compartment, about 10" from the battery. (on the red line) I'll make pis lateron.
I don't know the serial number and such, because i already threw the pakage away. It's beside the car stereos. It specifically sais "inline fuse". Bout $9.

I have to kill the inverter after i shut off the car, because it works even without the car on.

I have a Voyager (which is exactly yhe same as a Caravan)...man I wish I had the extra room of a Grand Voyager. Sucks for finding a place for the lcd, eh? I've been debating on that for years now. You might want to blur out your license plate on that one picture, so people don't break into your car.
