PontiacGA, if you like full size sedans that go hard & handle well, they are fantastic. They are a fair bit heavier than the previous generation GTO that you would have seen but the extra weight is mainly due to the body stiffening. If Holden could get some more engineering development money & spend it getting 100kgs or so out of the car it would be world class.

    Hey mate

The single din case is a product imported my stinger, you should be able to find it at any decent Car Audio place, the Screen surrond is from holden which i cut and modified to make it all fit,

Ive just done a Cv8z monaro for a customer of mine, heres a few pics, its not totally done yet but you get the idea

hey mate sorry for late reply

The blue is just a LED swap, you just unsolder the LEDs in cluster and replace them with some Blue LEDs

Hey Milo, I'm in the planning phases of a carPC in my VY wagon. I saw the pics you did for the Cv8z, and you have absolutely nailed that double din install! I really want to put a touch screen in the existing double din slot (and chuck the stock stereo) the same as you did there, but without the slot load.

Could you be so kind as to give me some details on how you got the screen mounted and looking so clean?

    Thanks heaps
