Carputer in Ibiza '02 Sport/Ibiza FR

The installation on both my cars is the same so i will present it together
Some photos are from the installation of the '02 1.4 Ibiza, some of it's uninstall and some from the installation on the new car ('04 1.8T ibiza).
Since the dashboard of the ibiza isn't helpfull to install the VGA indash (it is too vertical) the best way i found is on the cup holder.
In both installations i removed the sources my car had (a JVC MP3/stock RCD) and everything is done only via PC.
In front i have constructed a panel with:
    Start and reset PC button
    ON/OFF of the PC power
    ON/OFF of the amp
    USB 2.0 Hub (powered)
    UTP plug
Mic / Speaker output (only in new panel)

    Hardware:
    MII-12000
    PW120M psu
    512MB DDR
    200GB WD Hard disk
    SlimLine DVDROM
    USB GPS
    Xenarc 7" TFT (700TSV)
    EOBD cable
    Pinacle Studio PCTV Pro (radio+tv)
    4 channel amp
TV and Radio antenna (with 12V input)

    CarPC UPS

The main problem we had is what to do in order to bypass the reboot problem when i start my engine.
We made a simple circuit that works (with the PW80 it didn't worked maybe because it has larger voltage dropout).
The 12V from the car battery goes to a 12V small battery in the PC and then from the small battery the 12V goes to the psu. So the psu is constantly powered from the small battery.

what kind of bike is that in the background??

there wasn't enough room to flush in the LCD where you have all the switches and everything else???

There was room (although it wouldn't be too easy) but as i wrote, the central console it too vertical and most of the time i wouldn't be able to see the monitor.

I have done some serious updates...
I changed the tv tuner with one that has better reception when i am not moving and slightly worse when in move. It's radio though is worse so i need a better antenna.
I installed a SBLive24bit in order to have some decent 4-channel audio (even in MP3) and easily adjustable front/back right/left balance. MII was aufull in this :P
I changed the PSU with a M1-ATX and i am a lot more satisfied !!!
I made a new hand-made (2 layer ) box that fits in the spare tyre so i don't have anything that takes space in the trunk.
Inside the box , the disk (200GB) now has 2 springs that let it move along the vertical axis and so i reduce the chance of disk crash.
The only thing i need to do is to find a good (preferably cheap also) RF remote control for the quick jobs.

Ps. Thank's frodo for the perfect GUI...still using it from it's day 1
Ps. I have done all that months ago but i took some (poor quality) photos with the M1 arrival (now). I hope i have some HQ photos later.
