We discussed that idea earlier on in the thread, and in fact, that's what I hoped to do originally, but the way the case is setup, the IDE cables block the tape slot...
Get a new motherboard with SATA

The car looks even better than the last time I saw it

Got some magazine coverage! It's a very small bi-monthly magazine; they're just starting to be sold in some of the majors (borders, B&N) though, so it's still pretty cool

Here are scans of the draft:

thx for the kind words fellas; still running strong

    786mine,

I didn't do any cutting. The fortunate thing about this car in particular is the fact that they have a navigation option in Japan that comes with a pre-fabricated 'navigation pod.' I simply bought that pod and installed it.

I don't have any before images, but here's another fellow's list of pictures for his setup.

The gallery is quite extensive; i hope it helps you out at least a little.

I know there are at least a few cars that have this sort of factory option, there might be a chance that you could use one for your dash. What kinda car do you have?

*EDIT* nevermind, just saw your profile... I coulda sworn i've seen a factory setup for a 98 civic somewhere around here...
