Definitely agree on the paint job, not a big fan. The car is pretty sick though, not sure why you posted only one pic of the carputer in a carputer forum but whatever, nice to look at.

Thank you guys for the support. I know what I have in the car is not what you guys call it “Carputer” but that laptop does the work I want it for and it’s a computer. I know the car is not fast enough but its good enough to make money of it (not drag racing) and for a 1.6 liter engine I believe the performance it has its good enough.

I agree with Scott here. If he likes it that's all that matters, he drives it. I don't like the old Tiburons (or Coupe in Europe), but this one actually looks good. Braker, you really should post more pics.

my post was a lot harsher sounding then it was ment to be it's amazing what a bad day at work will do to you after not having a day off for 3 weeks.

I was more trying to let people know that had questions like "I thought tiburons were faster than that" (okay it's a statement not a question but you know what I mean) that they are faster than that NOW.

2. when I said "this car doesn't even really belong here" I ment this forum not this website, I still don't think a laptop should be in "show of your PROJECT"....but whatever? I wouldn't expect people to call it a PROJECT if I brought my laptop into my car then stopped at walmart and bought one of those tape adapter things that you can plug into the headphone jack....I've always looked at it this way....for something to be called a project you have to have the opportunity to screw it up

Not everyone can afford a super fast car, that's brand new, or whatever. And hell, this ISN'T newtiburon.com or whatever.....so take your flames to that forum.

as far as gas mileage I've never averaged less than 28mpg. and the old tibs (I didn't see a year listed anywhere) are listed at 22city 30HW stock so unless that's low I'd say it's a toss up. and most mods don't give you better gas mileage. I know what you mean about everyone not being able to afford a super fast car, that's why I got a 2003 tiburon with 10k miles for 12,500.

God.. I don't even wanna hear about an average of 28MPG.. Try getting 19mpg.. which is what I averaged last time I filled up.
