So, this is also my first installation...![]()
I wrote a little review on my website: www.CeresWorld.NET -> section: eDOCS (in french only, but there's more pictures ^^)
Thnx to this forum from which I learned a lot!![]()
Your headunit worries me a bit, but all in all it looks good. How's your HU attached? looks like yellow tape...
nice install man. i like the green neonsdoesnt the headunit block you from the shifter, also from the controlls you custom made under there?

Tidder: Actually the headunit is in a sort of "case" of resine, screwed just under; but I agree, from front view it looks not so good -_- I've painted it also in black-matt for having a *better* integration. Because a lack of place, it was not so easy for me to put it somewhere near the screen -_- Above? I had to cut a big hole in the dash... Anyway, I think I'll see later for remoddeling it ^_^
btw, nice integration for your car![]()
BoyNextDoor: Got place enoughIt still not so much place between the HU and the shifter (about 3 cm) but it's ok ^^
Thanks man, hours and hours went into my install, and it still looks a little uhh... ****ty. But eh, we all have to start somewhere. I'm impressed still, cause you did it all yourself. A lot of these guys just stick the damn thing to the dash with double sided tape and say, "Look at me, I've installed an LCD on my dash, I'm a master fabricator!"
Nice PC box by the way, good idea for your CD-Rom, wish mine would fit there...
Also, notice that it's an Automatic, so it doesn't have to move all that often.Originally Posted by BoyNextDoor
