looks great - congrats on an interesting install. Much better with the bezel. How convenient is having the touchscreen in the door, though? Can you actually use it while driving?

Your install looks great. I installed my PC in the GP last summer and put it in the centre console like you did. The only thing missing on mine is a top cover and an additional fan for moving air. The PC overheats on mega hot days, so I have to prop the armrest cover open with my wireless mouse. The plan is to replace the back ash tray with an exhaust fan. It's going to be a tight fit, but I think I can make it work.
really...I guess im lucky because I havent had a problem with heat...I believe I ran it constantly for about 4 hours and it performed just fine...And this is with the high temperatures of HOT Atlanta...What Kind of processor are you using?
oh yeah the back ashtray idea should work well...what you may want to do is keep the ashtray door but saw off the rest to keep the stock look...And just take it off on really hot days...The one thing that you cant see in the pic is that there is a cut out through the center console for more air circulation...So air can travel along where the shifter is located...plus all my wires run through there because its a P4 board that is slightly larger than a via epia...Good Luck with the fan addition...
