I thought i would go ahead and post some pics of my car. I should get my screen in tommorow which means the computer will finally get installed. I thought I would go ahead and post some pics of the existing car audio system which was completed last summer by myself. Been doing car audio for about 10 years so if anyone needs advise or help just message me.

Clarion VRX 925 headunit
Clarion DSP/Dolby Digital Processor
Two Xtant amplifiers
Two 10 inch Audiobahn carbon fiber subs
Two 1 farad Visonik capacitors

Here are some more pics...The last pic is the integration of the mic into the driver side pillar...The next to last pic is the armrest where the computer is gonna be located...The black panel covers the whole armrest and there are two switches, one for the computer and the other for muting the mic...As far as the trunk is concerned, all the panels are made of fiberglass...Also there is a fiberglass tub in the spare wheel well...More updates coming soon...

Yeah the head unit space was filled in, textured, and painted to match the rest of the dash...

thanks...yeah the only issue i still have is that the head unit doesn't sit completely flush because the air vents stick out too far...If I flush mount it then the motorized screen wont be able to open completely...I guess you cant have everything...

I did it...This was after so many trial and errors...It took about 4 months of designing and fabricating

I was planning to put the VGA touchscreens in the doors...Do you guys think thats a good place? I really dont have much of a choice but im somewhat concerned about the visability...I will probably leave the same covering or i could make it black fiberglass (same color as the car) if the space is too tight and I need to build it out...But Im leaning towards leaving it the same leather covering...
