bulgogi......you really need a fuse on the power wire at the back battery also. You should have a power lead going from the alternator to the isolator and then a lead with a fuse going to the front battery and then another lead with a fuse on the rear battery. Both battery fuses should be close to the battery.

The purpose for the fuse on the battery positive line is not to protect your electronics it is to protect your car. If there is a unfused power line running front to rear and the car is in accident it is very possible the car will catch on fire. If the power wire is shorted to ground the car will defiently catch on fire. You have a nice car I would hate to see that happen.

Yes, I'll probably add an inline fuse near the aux battery sometime soon... but the my main already has a fuse through the stock setup of the car. The alternator line runs to the fuse box, and then to the battery.

Oh, and I've seen the FL meet thread, but it's a little to far for me... I'm way up northwest

The factory main battery fuse is negated since you have a second power source in the trunk. Fusing large power wires is very important to the safety of your car, yourself, and your passengers.

We could do a 9th generation Corolla Car Pc Meet but we would be 4 or 5 and the trip would cost a lot

thanks for your detail explanation on the blue leds, I will check it out soon. I am doing so many modifications to my car that I am not sure when I could post the pictures up.

Yes, I also recommend you putting those fuses as soon as possible.

I like the idea of the 9th generation corolla; however I live in Ecuador (South America) so I might have to ship my car to FL or Canada via UPS o Fedex and THAT WILL BE EXPENSIVE! jejeje
