I have several fans that circulate the air and I have MBM running and I monitor the case temp and the cpu tem p and I have not had any issues yet. I am currently running an inverter and a 430w power supply. I turned the fans around in the power supply so the intake is on the back of the case where the power cord is and the exhaust is in the top of the power supply. The grill in the back center of the platform is where the power supply exhausts its air.

By the way Turbocad I received my zippy keyboard and I love it. I mounted it on the visor in place of the VIK and it looks great. I am waiting on some new mirrored plexi to replace what was under the VIK due to the scratching.

is the m1 powersupply not overheating with a sempron 2ghz+ system? the cpu only has 60w..wondering how it goes with 90w output

I have not had any issues. I have recently changer to a celeron based system though. I had 2 '3.5' hd and 6 usb devices with no problem.

    Thanks for the compliment.

awsome.... those zippys are so much better than those flexy things, I wanted to tell you that, but didn't want to seem like I was knocking your install

you can build them into your visors instead of on top if you wanted to.... they look awsome like that.... lmk if you want to see what I mean.... I,m sure they look ok on the mirrored plex too....

I would love to see what you mean. I have been tossing around some ideas in my head how I was going to make a mold to build it in. I am kinda stumped though.

kinda hard to see in that picture, but it is pretty much flush with the face of the visor.... it's inside the visor really....
