BMW Laptop Install

I just finish my installation last night, tell me what you think..
Can't get the FM tuner to work, Xenarc display doesn't stretch throughout the screen(800X600).There's a slight hissing sound when the computer is turned off but goes away when the computer boots up.

I thought the Xenarc resolution was 800x480? You're not using PowerStrip to get the native resolution?

As far as the hissing, maybe the AMP is powered up all the time, even when the PC isn't? What configuration is the sound system? Are you using a shutdown controller?

Nice screen molding, looks good. Did you do this yourself?

Yeah some amps automatically increase the input gain until they can get a signal, so if there's no signal coming they get louder and the hiss your hear is the noise an amp produces.
