2003 civic si. $40 000+ project completed

If you post pics of your car chances are someone will say something bad about it.
Just how things are, there is always someone who doesnt like something.

If you try and "brag" in your post then on here there is 100% chance you will get flamed hard. 40,000 or like the dodge guy "look ive only had the car 4 months and im 17 etc...".
Not the way to go. To be proud is one thing. You really dont need to tell the world to be proud. The way i see the post your ride forum is for you to help others with ideas on how to do their own rides. So if you go off posting just to brag is should be on the off topic forums and not a help forum.

And the biggest problem i c that all the ones that get attacked hard is, NONE of them have pics of their carputers or any work in progress pics.

Given screen install is 50%-60% of the project, but where is the carputer?????

i disagree... look at the title of this sub forum 'show off' your project. This sub-forum isn't meant to help anyone; granted it may give others ideas, but it is meant primarily to brag about your accomplishment. It doesn't matter if you saved up to pay someone to mod your car or if you did everything yourself... you show it off here. I (as well as many others) posted pics of my car in my post... it has nothing to do with the car-computer... It serves no helpful purpose whatso ever... I am proud of the way may car looks and i'll admit it's a form of bragging too. If i were oh so humble my post would be purely centered around the car pc install and that's it... but we all like to brag and show off a little, so why don't you flame me?

Not that I would have spent a dime on this car but what everyone has overlooked are the ONTARIO plates. The kid's Canadian and 40000cdn = $33,800us. If this price includes the car (which I beleive is higher in CA) then we may be talking $15,000.

Still not worth it but not as outrageous as everyone is making it seem.
