Does he even have a CarPC? if not then that might be another flaming-right reason...

to comment on the 40 large is O.K., he brought that on himself..... to bash his vehicle is not cool though, you don't have to like his vehicle, but you don't have to bash it either.... BUT I think he brang that on himself to with the 40K comment.... I guess it automatically inspires thoughts of what someone would do with that kind of cash.... then seeing this car inspires the ridicule.....

That said, it does take a lot of money to build a custom car...... & I think if he only posted the car without the 40K comment he would be getting the OH WOW'S & NICE CAR!! comments......, or AT LEAST not getting slammed like he is here.....

all in all, I don't think his car looks bad, maybe not my taste, but it is evident that he did put alot of work into it & it defanatley is a head turner..... I see he has a compustar SS remote hanging from his keys.... depending on the install that alarm alone could approach $1,000 or more..... who knows what's under the hood....

gotta give the guy his props for the balls to take on a project like this.... & at 17 he's sitting alot more pretty than most 17 yr olds.... Let me be the first to congratulate you for a car that is defanately one of a kind...... & I'll bet that all the bashers here didn't have anything like that when they were 17

this has nothing to do with what any of us would have done with $40,000.... unfortunatley for him he inadvertently brought that on himself......

I agree... anyone who posts $40,000 + car completed is setting themselves up... unless the car is killer with mass apeal he's gonna get flamed.... but that's the 17 year old in him.... overall I,ve seen much crappier cars get phraise on these forums, but it's the humble approach that works best.... the wow I spent 40k attitude sucks..... the car looks pretty good....

Hey scott btw i love your install. i do however disagree with you on one point. I highly doubt this kids mistake was innocent. I think he was trying to impress everyone with how much he spent. What he didnt know is this is the reaction he would get. I do however agree that everyone should at least stop using bad language to dis the kid. I think by now he has learnt his lesson.
