2003 civic si. $40 000+ project completed

1.) its not toilet paper holders for the guages lol it was exhaust pipes cut by one of the mechanics at the shop
2.) Yes, the 40 000 was in CDN and it included the cars price because i took the car value + mods into mind.
3.) Sorry that there isnt a carputer, its just an xbox which is modified with evolution X so it can operate basically the same as a computer will.
4.) The trunk fiberglassing is incomplete yet which is why i dint take pictures of that, it currently has 2 clarion amps 1000.1 and 640.4 and a kicker L7 sollo baric.
5.) The reason i was rude in another forum was being the guy posting was being an idiot who was going off topic.
6.) I did the work myself, it was a simple estimate to how much i tihnk it would have been, i wasnt trying to show off, althought it is a show off section on this website.
7.) and lastly i respect the people trying to tell people to ease off on me, but i dont mind, obviously im to expect critism, its my car for all and if i liek it, thats all that should matter, correct?

8.) The guage clust + pieces that you see not painted were not complete yet because iw as short of time for the business show the car was entered in during those pictures.

Hey Kumanan, glad to see your still with us. And thanks for the explanation. Now please give a more detailed description of mod (even under the hood) so that we may better understand where all the money went. Coz it sure as hell didnt all go into and xbox and some fiberglass and the cost of the car. That accounts for maybe 20k.....

It could be an SI. Canadian cars sometimes have different badging than American versions of the same car. I agree I've NEVER seen an SI with drum brakes (at least not in the last 10+ years), but then again, I used to have a Canadian VW Jetta GLI 2 door. I used to get told all the time one was never made. Someone should have told VW that.

Oh, and if that whole dash IS fiberglass, what the ^%#* is going to happen if (let's hope not) that thing is ever in an accident? Aren't there airbags above the glove box? The airbags could deploy and send deadly shards of fiberglass at the driver and passenger. Unless it was disabled.

Evo X? All that does is allow you to load up multiple xbox games onto a modded hard drive so you don't need the game discs with a nice menu. To say it lets your xbox function as a regular computer is not exactly true. Now if you used the Mech Assault hack to partition the hard drive, that's a different story.

I took out the airbags.. i already thought about that before lol. Yea the whole dash is bondo . so are the other panels and some are just primerd and sanded

kumanan why do you insist on mentioning the least possible? I've seen many ppl asking about what is the breakdown of the 40k you have invested.... so tell us plswhere did the money go??

That was well done, kumanan, with all due respect.
NO WAY did 40k go into that car - unless you are packing one serious lump.
Doing all the work yourself, and more than likely having access to resources...doubtful at that cost!
