Thread: 2003 civic si. $40 000+ project completed

Im guessing the cost of the car is included in the 40k + the cost of labor.

umm sorry , then i dont see it , a brand new high end civic is 18,360
lets say 20 gran by the time your done , that leaves 200 for this install, i just dont see it

i do this stuff for a living and have been doing it for 15 years, my friend owns a shop and did a civic in 04 (older one ) here is what a civic looks like when you throw say 25 grand at it ( a little much for me but fun to look at )

at 17, 40 grand could have been spent much better like maybe buying a home. Even though you have a C class...you could have got a used RSX or TL and dropped 10k into it and it would be sick as hell. That doesnt look like 40 grand worth of work and if it is sorry man you got really ****ed over.

I like the rear 'drums' and cardboard box under the hood. Man that car looks sweet.....

I'd recommend changing the title of this thread.

I think his dad charged him too much

and the dirty wheel wells and the dusty shifter boot rock also ...

as i look at this again... regarding the system.. is the xbox it? i mean, is that all? is there no actual computer?? ("xbox = pc" argument aside)
