    Thumbs up

    *Breath Taking!!!*
I was just browsing through the net, randomly to see who has done what with Car PC's as I'm looking into putting one into my Eclipse.
I came across your youtube video, and you've answered every question i had!
"How do i get it to turn on and off when i want it?"
"How can i let it sleep and not shut down?"
"Is there any way i can get it to turn on automatically when i turn the ACC on??"

I feel like i need to pay for these ideas!!! HAHA!!! Thank you for your hard work, creativity, and through documentation! You're like me, just 10000 steps ahead! haha

PS, i plan on using your thread as an instruction manual for my car...hope you don't mind.....

I didn't quite understand the molding process. Can you explain it again.
    1)you shaped the foam
2)covered the foam in wax paper
3)poured bondo over the shape and created a shell
4)put fiberglass mixed with bondo resin into the shell. (not fiberglass resin)
5)broke off the shell to reveal the bondo/fiberglass structure.
    6)sanded
    7)bondo and sand as needed.

Is this correct to how you did it?
    Thanks.

Well, i think you are close. I made the foam form smaller than I wanted the finished product. Then build up layer by layer on top of the form. I used bondo and fiberglass weaved mat, and more bondo resin. The wax paper is for ease of removal. Sand down to desired shape. Then used filler, then sanded, then used some more filler, then sanded, then used some filler, then sanded, then used some filler, then sanded some more, then put some filler on there, then sanded some more, then sanded, then painted.

    Done!

Hey LUVWE SYGABU i have a quick question for you. How does your setup function for u in everyday use? Like it seems like if you had a nice sized hand when u shifted u would be hitting the screenn quite often and using the temp control would be kinda difficult?

Very nice install! Thanks for all the pics and the fabrication tips. The last version of the dash is so much better, it does look OEM. Maybe you should post it next to the photoshop on the first thread?
