Here is my TruckPC project 1.0

I installed this in my everyday driver as a sort of pilot for the technology. It has come in useful for trips to the Houston area for work. It will get polished up and then completly removed as I put it in my wifes SUV since that is what we take our vacations in. More info in my blog...

Thanks! I really had fun doing it. It was a nice challenge and I certainly couldn't have done it without all the tips and know-how of this forum. I haven't posted much, but I sure have gained a lot! I plan to keep up my trickle of posts for a while, perhaps assisting someone else figure this out...

What did you use for the construction of the center console MDF???

Yep. It's 1/2" and I painted the whole thing with the Spray-On bedliner stuff from Wal-Mart. The floor in the Ranger is black textured rubber/plastic stuff so the black of the console matched nicely...
