    lol... completely understandable
on the other hand, i've noticed that most of the frontends available are for either XP or linux... what's it like to use a mac for a carpc?
Any plans on making your own frontend?

One thing about the mac so far, is it goes to sleep reliably and comes back the same everytime. I have never had a PC that could do it reliably.
But ya, it's a bit light on the front end, I have some plans if I ever take the time to do them. Until then I am using front row.

    No screen protector.

The shot only came out good as the car was in the garage, it was evening, and I took the photo at a sharp angle.

Other then that, it's the normal hard to see glaring LCD screen.

wow i really like the amp things you used... only i cant seem to find the ones you used from the site... What model did you get?

Also, how are they holding up? Do they sound good? How hard were they to put together? Would you recommend a certain model to say replace a 60W amp i was planning on getting? How well is everything documented? Etc.

Sorry if im going on a little too much but this has got me all excited! The car i plan on modding has very little room inside and there is not really enough space for a regularly sized amp that one can get at circuit city. So this would be one heck of a fix!!

Hmm, Also how did you power the amps? From the website it looks like they are not exactly designed to work in cars and need quite a large voltage. Would they be able to run two 2-range speakers and two component speakers (im sure this is a dumb question, im pretty sure they would be able to)?

I like what you did with the mini itself. I have a Mazda3 that I want to install a mini in. Thanks for all the pics and ideas. (Great camera work too, by the way!)
