do you have an '05 or an '06? like I just said, the '06's have an input for an ipod. as for how he connected to the factory speakers....I'm guessing he has an aftermarket headunit hidden somewhere...with an aux input.

I have an 05. too bad i dont get the luxury of the ipod input. but to be honest the factory radio sucks. so I have a sony cd receiver hidden at the back of the screen with an aux input.

Ok, I have had several people requesting the skin. If anyone can host the skin for me that would be great. if not, i'll have to wait till i get a site that i can host it in.
the reason for this is that it takes too long to upload the files via email and i have been unsuccessful in sending it out via email

Nice work - so if you have a headunit behind the screen, how do you control the volume (or do you leave it as is on the hu and adjust the pc volume)? Can you control hu for changing fm stations, etc.?

sony has a wire/wireless control for cd reciever.

i probably use that to change station and control the volume. For now. i have the volume set and do not use the fm station at all. would have being cool if i could control my radio from my pc, but i'll keep on dreaming.

By the way. I always get this thump sound whenever my pc start. Just wondering if any of u guys have come across it and what have you done, other than reducing you hu volume to resolve this issue?

It's because your pc's sound card is powering up after your amp. Put a delay relay in place to have your amp power up after the pc, or search around for the various other "amp pop" remedies.

Nice looking install, what screen did you use? I skimmed through the majority of the post but didn't see where it said what screen you used.

Also, what is it with tC's getting hit by other driver's? I know like four people with tC's that all had something similar happen.

I used the system error skin. modded it a bit. I also got all the psd in there so yall can play with it.

I've got no luck with the tc. i ve had someone key it and hit it. I think there is something about the tc that says hit me.

I have an O6 TC, so the only way to interface with factory speakers is to have an additional HU/Factory HU? I thought this was going to replace any HU????
