How did you mount the screen so that the front folds down. What did you use for a touch screen?
The blurb on the link says 10 metres

Yea I would like to know too. If you're using the OEM scion headunit that thing is pretty big so how did all that fit in there?Originally Posted by tkdlance
Well, I have the lilliput 7inch touchscreen. I basically cut off the button section of the screen for a tight fit on the console. I also extended the sides of the screen for a flush finish.Originally Posted by Onikage
I am not using the OEM headunit simply because it did not have an aux in and the damn thing is big so i bought a sony cd receiver which has way better sound quality than the oem unit and much smaller too.
Ah I see i see. Thanks for the reply. When I do my system I might just put the headunit in the glove, but I'm not sure. I might just take the headunit out and leave it at that.Originally Posted by bembowe

Nice TC - I am looking to throw something into my vehicle right away - where do I find the main software you were using (road runner)? How does it compare to street deck? Where did you get your lcd that fits nicely into the tc? I have been eyeing streetdeck and would probably already own it if the subaru lcd mod had been available - I need to find a touchscreen monitor that won't take away the lid functionality in the TC stereo - I need help QUICK!!
-And how did you get live weather data?? This system you got here rocks - I am looking to do something a week from today...Have to return my Eclipse![]()
I decided to post a tc screen similar to mine i made for someone
i started up with a 7" lilliput screen
here is the result
if any tc owners are interested in getting one made, PM me
