well my dream is kinda done. Atleast for this week. I would like to redo the screen again cause my daughter thought the wet paint would be fun to touch. Here are some specs and pics.
something looks wrong. it might be the sanding or the paint. but it looks weird. maybe some close up pics? sorry to put it down like that man but i seen your progress and your doing great! but i think you need to repaint it. try a diff color black. prime prime prime than sand prime prime spot putty than prime than paint.

yeah i used a high gloss black and then 2 coats of clear. i used this on the rest of my interior and it worked great. i am tired of this stuff right now and going to give it a break. you are right about the paint. i am afraid if i change the type of paint on the consol i will have to repaint the whole interior.

well this weekend i made friends with 320 gritt sandpaper. here are some results and i will post the rest later. also i made a usb port into my consol.
wow that looks great...I'm bookmarking this and when I decide it's time to install another car computer in my eclipse I'm gona come looking for you haha. But I agree with the rest, the paint is pretty bad...it makes it look cheap...is there any way to fiberglass it and paint it to look like the stock interior color?
It look s a little better in person. And as far as matching my interior.... It is all painted the same. Here are some pics to show you what i mean
some pics of the car maybe ?and it looks good but i think glossy paint is not the way to go, u will see every bump there is
