Wow, that's cool that we have so many pilots and aviation folks in here. I think it would make more sense to put a "carputer" in an aircraft way before there should be one in a car riding around. And for only one simple reason too.. You can't drive down the road and suddenly deside that the person sitting next to you can "take the controls." Can't wait for the first cool kid to comment that he does do this thier car already. This aircraft requires a crew to opperate, that simple... can only be one driver in a car.. So I like it.. just don't require it to do much more than bring up charts and flow lists. Internet is already avl to the passengers in the back on most aircraft, that'd be cool if SOC would be able to relay info through a messenger, I know they've used it for atc in Miami already a few years back... just much simpler device. I mean, has anyone ever looked into what happened behind the seens Sept 11th several years ago. And wow, imanige the power of scheduling.. Even after you've pushed back or are cruising FL350, a You've Been Reasigned can pop up at any minute..
[------|-] 95% computer... is it ever really done?

why would you have a teleporter on a plane? wouldnt you want it at home? whats the point of going the to the airport waiting 2 hours then boarding the plane, wait till you air born and then get teleported?Originally Posted by LeythDC5
