how's it build? touch screen ok? im looking to buy a screen and i cant decide between lilliput 619 or something similar to the dynamix 706. the price is not bad for the one you got. but will it last. cuz id rather spend the extra money then have $200 go to waste.
O5K20A3 yeah its build ok for what you pay for I'm very happy with it so far so good no problems touch works great, i saw the screen used a couple of times on here. and to my knowledge no one has had problems with it. if i was you i would buy a lilli.
well i took the bezel out i was getting tired of having the screen just Velcroed on and lowered the the HAVOC control's. i dint cut anything just just pulled it out lowered it and dropped it down to sit on the frame and the threw in some long screws to hold it in place. then just placed the screen on top. to my surprise it had a nice snug fit. well i guess i dint get away from the Velcro i still used it to secure the LCD in place i used a long strip on top and on bottom. with that being done i made a bezel so far right now its just out of cardboard and old felt from a speaker box just as a temp until i learn to use bondo and learn to FAB. and got my 12" kicker to work. more pics to come later

well todays project was extending the faceplate on my HU. it all started when i went to tweeter and got asked how much it would cost. 200 and up no thanx the guy was real cool told me i could do it. well i took a cat5 cable and cut two two ft pieces took the the wires out and just soldered it to the faceplate and the HU, turns out my first soldering job worked with a few burns along the way.
