you have done a great job with your car. looks good. The dash came out really well. you get an A
how did you come up with 6000 watts though? by my calculations you have jsut over 4,000. and you don't have 300 hp..only 297!
Pimp as hell for a honda, good job bro.
P.S. HAHA didn't notice it til now, but the people sitting in the back seat have seat warmers built in. :D
have fun hooking up 300hp ona front wheel drive
but the qaulity of work........
hats off, you did an EXCELENT job on that dash, awsome instal job and a clean little car
I am sure you have been approached and asked this a number of times...
But would you be willing to make up another dash bezel like yours?
I LOVE how it turned out, but do not have the knowledge or physical ability to do anything like that.
Obviously, monetary profit would be in order.
Just thought it couldn't hurt to ask.
Sorry to bump again.
Hoping to catch the attention of the thread creator.
If anyone has his contact info, could you forward it my way?
I'd really like to get in touch with him.
Thanks in advance.
Been awhile and yet another system change. Due to my placings from last season (1st in the state and a world final invite) I aquired equipment sponsorship. Nothing big just some subs...6 of them! So time for a bigger badder build to shake the ground a bit. We shall see the ultimate test of car computing. I don't have any pics yet of the backhalf and I know this is a "carpc" forum and some of you get your panties ruffled with non carpc related pics but too bad!
Here she is so far. 6 15" subs stuffed in my tiny Civic. The carpc setup will be purdy you guys will like it! Give me a few more weeks of building and I should have some newer pics for you but for now, enjoy!
Straight old school beat down wall behind the "b" pillar.
First we must gut!
Then after 3 days of measuring, calculating and drawing we get to cut some wood woohoo! This is just the front board and yes it is fitted to the car lol super tight fit.
The enclosure pre-assembled after a test fit in the car. Next is break it down and final assembly in the car all glued and screwed. No it does not just slide right in it has to be assembled inside the car piece by piece. Look at that port!
The front half is ALMOST done, cleaner pics to come these are a few from the weekend. Theres a few panels that need to be matched etc. and the doors yet. But for the most part the "wall" is basicaly finished up.
Sidewall flex? Nah!
Roof is in. Roof console is done, wired and in just no pics yet.
One of the many trim pieces. These look simple but let me tell you they are a *****! 1/16" clearence between these and the outer upper subs. I used double sided tape to compensate for vinyl clearence :)
One of those ***** pices installed and keeping seatbelts! Now to match those a pillars...
Use your imagination.
Mike sorry didnt see your post sooner. The answer would half to be...no. I would but there is so much more to it than just fabbing the dash panel and sending it to you. Small mods to the actual dash carrier need to be made for clearence as well as the factory harness and cabling for heater door function. It wasnt fun trust me.
