06 350Z Install

I finished installing my carcomp in my '03 350z in December but have been waiting for the semester to be over to finish up the last few things. I was wondering where you ran the wires for the gps and what kind of keyboard that was.

you can get the keyboard at new egg. its an ione scorpius-p20 or somethign like that. I have one for my car so far it works great. heres a link

Nice install. Also, I do believe you can reset the computer by disconnecting the - terminal of the battery and holding the brake down for 10 seconds. At least it works on my car.

Update:

Added wireless adapter for internet access. Pics were added to my original post. Next step will be adding reverse camera.

Nice job. I like the pocket it fits in, better than the pop up screen I have to go with in my G. All in all, well done.

Amplifter? I can see where he might have thought something else, like a rack or something...

It's actually a house doorbell button from Lowe's for $12. I select it for classie / expensive look. The button is made of copper surround by clear plastic base, and inside your find a tiny light bulb which unfortunately you can't use. What I did was install a regular PC led (yellow) in it's place. For wiring, I ran a wire to M2-ATX power on jumper and a wire to PC ON LED jumper. Wish I could find it on Lowe's web site and give you a better look at it.

I know I asked this before in another thread. I am still a little confused how did you connect your xenarc 700tsv to mx2-atx. I just received mine and not sure what wires need splicing
