Here are a couple of quick shots of my finished dash mount screen and custom plexi-glass case. Questions and comments are welcome.
The computer is mounted under the passenger's seat. All wires are properly hidden.

I replaced the small blower/heatsink with a much larger heatsink and bigger blower. The small blower whined WAY too much. The big one is nearly silent, moves more air, and actually draws less power.
The emblem is actually a functional vent to let the blower get rid of the heat inside the case. It was pretty easy to do. I sketched up what I wanted and taped it to the inside of the case. Then I just took the dremel and carved out the picture kind of like using tracing paper.
How did you make the case? What tools are needed? Where did you get the materials/etc?
