Well, the round knob IS a Powermate, at the time I thought it would be a good idea to have one, not so sure anymore...
Right now it doesn't do anything, well, it is connected to the computer, but I don't use it.
I will probably redo the console finish later on, might remove it or just use it as volumecontrol.
I think it kinda looks good there because everything else is dark grey/black.

Still waiting for my amp...

Also hate the reception of the Dlink USB-radio, can't understand why it should be so difficult to make a good USB-reciever.

I recieved my amp

and installed it temporary, also fixed everything concirning automatict statup an shutdown. Nice to not have to push any buttons. Also figured out 2 functions for the Powermate, first of all, will use it mainly for volumecontrol, don't like letting go of the traffic to look at the screen to much. Second, will use it for Alt+Tab, to switch between for example Freedrive to FP and back again.

Next thing is to build a subwoofer.

Couldn't find a Powerblock that I liked, so I had to build one...

Maybe illuminated?

Also soldered some cables in advance and started planning for the subwoofer, cleared out a space for it behind the passengerseat.

Thank you, I have done some more since the last post, but garaged the car for the winter at my parents now, will try to finish off the install til spring.

Thinking of buying a Mustang GT 07 as a winter car, just had one for tryout two days, but I think it is to plastic for me, we'll see...
