    1989 Prelude 2.0SI

Well, I have been lurking on this forum for a while, and I have finally got something of my own to show off. I only have this one pic at the moment, but will hopefully have more soon, sorry about the poor quality.

And the current mess i have in my trunk. Surprisingly I do not have a static hiss that you would expect with a jumble of wires.

and for those of you that insist on seeing the car. here it is

I spent more on my computer than the car cost me

    Specs:
    800Mhz Via Epia
    512 Megs RAM
    7" Lilliput
    80GB Samsung Spinpoint Laptop HD
2 4-port USB hubs, one is located in the ash tray, the other hidden inside of the console.
    Linksys WUSB54GP USB wireless card
Sprint pcs wireless mobile hack for surfing on the go (there is a serious lack of wireless hotspots in my area)
Currently using onboard sound going to a Kicker KX3 Acticve crossover
Kicker Kx350.4 4 channel amp rated at 392 amps
    M2-ATX power supply
The PC is housed in my dash behind the lcd(will take pics of that next time i tear everythign apart to change something. I am sure that will be soon)

    **EDIT**
Suppose this should be posted in worklogs. Should have read the FAQs before posting.

Specs have been added to the first post.

I should know to put that stuff in the first post. You people love pics and need to know the specs on everything. I have been hanging around these forums long enough that I shouldn't have made such a simple misteak. Please forgive me

Will have pics of my amp and crossover after I get everythign mounted. Right now everythign is just kinda laying in my trunk, and after speanding all my free time last week doing my install, I realy am not in the mood to be building an amp rack.

Will have to borrow a digital camera to get some beter pics. Only cam i have access to at the moment is the one in my phone, and I do not want to subject you guys to anymore crappy pics than i already have.

These forums have been incredibly helpful. I only had to post once in the entire time I was workign on my project. Was able to and find everythign else that I needed to know. Unfortunately I still have not resolved my issue with a nonworking touchscreen on my Lilliput. Suppose I should have gotten a Xenarc.

Yes I am. Looking at it the way it is makes me wanna . Got a long way to go to get it done. Still have to choose a frontend to run too. Was thinking of going with Road Runner, because I'd like to add Sirius to it. Problem is most of my music is in WMA, so I am limited to front ends that use Windows Media Player until I get them converted to MP3.

    Cool Re:

You're going to look for a front end that will support WMA until you convert them? Wouldn't it be easier to just convert them and get it over with?

...maybe you have like a million WMAs, but I'd walk through fire to keep from using media player myself...

have about 5,000 WMAs, its gonna take a while to convert them no matter how I go about it. Plus how am I supposed to use cdda xtractor to convert my WMAs to mp3?
