I'm using mediaengine. I've also dabbled with roadrunner with the new freedom skin, but I keep coming back to mediaengine because of its simplicity and stability.

I modified one of the skins somewhat to put in the Hyundai logo, etc.

Can you post the link to the Hyundai tech website?
I've signed up under "my hyundai" and I can't get any wiring info.

    Thanks, and very nice install!

Nice setup. I've got the sonata 2007 also, i got the basic version so no amp in the car. I figured i'll probably need an amp to provide sound from my car pc to the speakers. i don't need anything big. Just want one that i can use factory speakers with without blowing them. any suggestions?

Most speakers can handle a 50% rated power increase without damage. As long as you employ some good crossovers, EQ and proper gain settings you shouldn't have any problems.

You might want to opt for a decently powered 5 channel amp if loudness is not your goal.
