I have a few more questions for you for my install:

In this pic, for your visor, did you sand the vinyl away?

Your cup holders look like this right?

how well do they hold cups? I have an issue with the pop out ones, they are really short, and anything smaller than a 32 oz cup is prone to falling out.
I'm looking to get this cup holder off ebay, and wanted to make sure it would actually hold the cups I use. Cans, 21 oz (medium), and 32 oz (large) are the ones I use most.
    So what do you think?

there was no vinyl on that piece, it's all plastic. i just roughed it up a bit to help the fiberglass stick.

yes, that is the correct cupholder. i had to lose the one thats towards the front, because my computer is underneath there and i needed a bit of room. i still have the one thats toward the back, and it works great for cans of soda, as well as smaller sized drinks. i just know that i frequently order large iced coffee's from DD's and that cup barely fits in, and is at an angle.

my dash is wrapped in vinyl, I'm going to redo the whole piece rather than just the oval and the ashtray, the bar in between is just wasting space in my opinion. I have some replacement vinyl that pretty closely matches the color and grain of the OEM piece.
I think I might just fabricate my own cup holder, I have a good cup I can use for the mold buck. It's more work, but would be more worth it.
I think I also want to put a pull-out style cup holder in the dash, just need to go to the junkyard and find one I like.
